Simply provide a quiet, private space with about 6’ x 10’ of room for the luxury extra wide massage table and therapist to move comfortably. For your comfort and safety, please have a clean set of sheets available, as we do not provide linens.

After the health intake is complete and the goals for the treatment are set, the therapist will step out for you to undress to your comfort level. Some people wear undergarments, some don’t. During the massage, you are always covered by a sheet and blanket. For the client’s comfort, we use standard professional draping procedures. Private areas always remain covered and will never be massaged. Some clients find it helpful to keep a robe nearby for simple redressing after their massage.

During a massage where the muscles begin to relax and the active mind lets go, the “rest and digest” nervous system takes over. It is a compliment to the work your therapist is providing that you’re able to relax fully; a snore or gentle gas are a form of flattery!

“Get it off your chest” or enjoy the tranquility of your sanctuary. It’s your appointment and your space, so you take the lead on the auditory environment. Everything is adjustable for your comfort at your request.
